I enjoyed the show immensely for many years, but the direction that it has taken since the “schism” of 2019 has left it all but unwatchable. At present Dillahunty comes across as an insufferable prima donna, Jenna lacks the intellectual chops to be an effective host, and Shannon, while occasionally expressing flashes reminiscent of Tracie’s keen insights, seems so uncomfortable in her own skin that it’s almost physically painful to watch. A general critique for all participants is that overly enthusiastic cackling at their own witticisms is off-putting in the extreme. Some of the interim hosts have been tolerable but it seems to me that generally you guys have lost your way.
