Good to watch, great to see two friends getting along together, having a laugh and doing stuff. The scenery and food make me want to go to Italy. Beware though, anyone thinking of doing up one of these properties- as another reviewer has said, there is so much more to doing up an old property. The house in Tuscany looks like it’s got a tin or asbestos tile roof - but no mention is made of it in the programme, and is covered in Ivy. No mention is made of heating or insulation, and it’s in the Apuan Alps. And I’d like to know the budget!
