I was really excited to watch the Barbie movie since I loved playing with Barbies growing up. I don’t know if I had too high expectations because of all the social media influence or the movie just didn’t give what we all wanted it to give. Some parts of the movie were really good whereas some parts were very unnecessary. The story had a lot of sides but we only got to see one side of it unfortunately. Definitely worth watching at least one time. But I wouldn’t waste my money by going to the theater to watch it again for sure. I hope there’s a Barbie 2 where we will be able to see other sides of this story and feel like the movie is complete (in our mind).
