It was perfect done to the last minor details. Not only did they made a great anime but they made a masterpiece. I haven’t played the game yes but i watched the series 2 times it was perfect not only beautiful story but a heartbreaking ending. Tbh and not lie this series brought happiness and sadness. At the first glance i was expecting some “destroy arasaka” type shet but the i finished it crying. The tenth episode was crazy not only the sacrifice but the ending seeing Lucy looking at memories of normal David happy to be on the moon. This series left me crying after the end it is a really emotional masterpiece. Not only that i thought this would have a good end but i thought that it would end that everyone would have peaceful lives but its like RDR2 you don’t expect the game at first to kill you and other characters. And the whole realism of this world like that poor people can’t afford medical care or that people want to change into people they are not (implanting) that people in our world 2024 year want to change their appearance to make them people who they aren’t. And the whole sacrifice of David it was sad that he wanted to fulfil his mother’s dreams and Lucy’s. He did it but he payed for it with his life. The show Edgerunners its a 10/10 in my opinion i never saw any series that heartbreaking. Cause there were films like green mile but they are movies not series. Definetly will recommend everyone that i can
