climax is unconvincing..no affected people should sit and watch the murderer who killed their children and make group discussion,that scene is very pathetic to the core..the movie is said to be a first serial killer movie but characterisation of serial killer character is very very worst..in 1927,hitchcock's silent movie THE LODGER makes very intense and realistic in its story line and particularly in that climax it was far better realistic than m movie..
