On the views recent comments on Clarence Thomas not representing the black community. I am not surprised given the low collective mentality of the hosts that they would not understand the function of the Supreme Court is to interpret the constitution. The only function of the Court, as laid out by the founders of our nation, is to make decisions based on what is legal under the constitution. They are not supposed to represent anyone or anything. They are supposed to be sheltered from and not subjected to politics. They are not supposed to make law. They only determine what is legal under our constitution.
