I started watching the first episode and you pretty much lost me right away as you should be way more accurate about things . The bull elk depicted in the scene we're full-grown bulls out of velvet; they weren't in velvet . Also elk are just beginning to grow their antlers in April. This was just a factually inaccurate and mind-blowing boondoggle. Whoever the producers are need to do their homework. Elk don't have fully developed antlers in velvet in April. The antlers start to grow in May or June for the most part and they scrape off the Velvet for the most part in August and early September. Looks like a cool series but when it starts like this they lost me at episode 1.
