I don't think Hannah really loves anyone to be honest. Seriously to be intimate 4X with someone on a fantasy date then send him home is foolish looking on both ends. Its careless behavior and the guys to be chill about that behavior really shows that they don't care either. They all could take it or leave it and are emotionally indifferent to this process. I don't think any of them are ready for marriage, they just wanna have a good time which is why i don't think she will end up or last with anyone of them.
