Well I just finished my second Milly Johnson book, "The Yorkshire Pudding Club", and after 464 pages, sadly it ended. I could of read another 464 pages. It was like three books in one with delightful characters. Helen, the naïve, timid girl who is a "people pleaser, Janey, the modern and outspoken career girl, and Elizabeth, my favorite, the pull no punches - stick up for your friends girl, that is all business on the outside, but very fragile on the inside with a locked door to her emotions that won't let anybody in, not even her two closest lifelong friends. Wonderfully written as each character's story is slowly unraveled you want to know more and more what makes each one tick. Can't wait to read my next Milly Johnson adventure, "The Birds and the Bees". 5***** (5 stars)
