Jessica Hindes

Two episodes in, the show is finding its feet but benefits from strong acting by a well-cast ensemble. Violet Brinson as Stella is a stand-out; scenes in the second episodes with Jared Padalecki, playing her dad, were really moving. I also enjoy Padalecki (as Walker)'s chemistry with Lindsey Morgan, playing his partner Micki Ramirez; they really spark well off each other and I cared about the both of them right away. Even by the second episode you can tell that the show is settling into itself. I'm looking forward to the rest of the series!
