Anyone who bashes this game for its unique story disicions totally missed the point. This game is not here to make you feel warm and fuzzy inside. Its events are dark and violent. Some of the decisions that the writers made were infuriating. I yelled at my tv several times. It made me feel angry and hopeless. It made ME want to seek the same vengeance as Ellie. Where the first game made you feel hopeful, this one dashes those hopes and spits in your face. But that is the point. This is a dark and violent world, much like ours could be if given the right push. The writers dont want to feel good and satisfied. And thats okay. Thats the journey we took.
