The movie and action was great. I loved the high tech gear, new monsters, and cgi. Godzilla lore was fun, even Mothra.
The down side to this movie is the family, who sadly are the main characters. Honestly, hundreds of good soldiers died to save 1 child. The logic was dumb, and dragged out. Also, why is it when a jet fighters shoots a missile, it has to fly 2 ft in front of the monster?! Hello?! And finally, if you take away the family. Perfect movie.
