Pretty good story-line, bit far-fetched.
Acting very good. though, missed a bit of dialogue due to dialect.
Over-all, let down by the ending, which seemed a bit rushed, and inexplicably the dog isn't put down, though Paul is sent down for assault.

Great Cinematography, Lighting, and Cinematic viewpoints.
However, an overly-stylised work with little depth of field does not make for a great movie.
I wanted to like Tommy the Private Eye, but found he was too busy chain-smoking and pouring himself another Bourbon, to be even remotely involved in Detective work.
Tedious use of flashbacks proved to be overkill.
Best Character....turned out to be Tommy's Dad.

Fast...perhaps too fast.
Violent, and as twisted a plot as you're likely to see.
Some tongue in cheek dialogue, giving an almost
comic book/penny dreadful feel to the story-line.
Thoroughly Entertaining.

Great show set mainly in the shadows, but there is some light, and some extreme dark. Characters are believable, and the viewer is compelled to interact with them, often with empathy...and sometimes with disgust.

Such Dry Tongue-in Cheek humour. Refreshingly portrayed, with some superb acting.
