First, This movie, "Road to Perdition" never seemed to follow the line of good or great reviews. It was my stubborn failing of that line, that kept me away. Today, June 3, 2021 I watched it. This movie exposes, the 1030's, horrible criminal element of it's times, the mafia.Then turned to the greats, and simplest of our social upbringing, FAMILY. Second, This film shouldnever be consider a classic. It must be considered a collaborative artistic work equal to all the historical Greats of this art. Third, Tom Hanks, Paul Newman, and Jude Law gave more of themselve, within their craft, than this layman could believe possible. Forth, The human condition is a constant search for, such of life meanings, plus the search by all who have lived, and their separate search. This one movie touched on every human, past, present, and future. I am a better human, today. Was it because I watched this movie? Possible.
