Very disappointed so far with season 4. Fargo has fallen well short of previous seasons story lines, acting and surprises. The story line’s just not providing the missing elements of interesting and unique oddities I was hoping for and accustomed to. I’m not buying Chris Rock or Jason Schartzman as ruthless and powerful crime lords/mafia dons. If the intent is for both actors to provide a comedy take as bubbling buffoon mafia dons - it’s not working. Not interesting or funny - at all. In previous seasons, the story and the characters enticed me to look forward to each week’s episode and now, I record the episode and it can be several days before I watch. Huge disappointment. Sure hope the story line turns 180 degrees and the acting vastly improves but I’m not expecting it. Bring on - Better Call Saul. Always entertaining...since Breaking Bad; Odenkirk, Esposito, Seehorn and Banks and the writers never disappoint.
