If you were to tell me there would be a sequel series to the original karate kid movies, I would think you're crazy. However, I was left impressed with the new take of the original formula from the first season. From there, it only gets better and better, increasing both the action and tensions among both the original protagonists. It introduces a new generation of characters, making them both identifiable to younger and older viewers and most importantly, badass. Wherever season 3 goes from here, I am more than willing to see what the creators come up with. Definitely struck first, struck hard, and showed no mercy.
