Just bad writing, bad character development, and bad directing. 4 episodes in and all we've learned about Obi Wan is he's useless, weak and only good at running away. The main tension is from questions that are already answered. What happens to Obi-Wan, Leia and Darth Vader.
Literally every third person we meet in this is a powerful force user, there's absolutely nothing special about it anymore.
Just a slog to get through.
