This anime has so many negative messages straight from the get go and, in only the first two episodes, has convinced me that it is not worth watching further. Aside from the very toxic view around rape victims' testimonies, this show also takes a too light view on slavery and grooming of a minor. The protagonist is unrelatable and frankly is just an all around terrible person--from when we're introduced to him to his eventual decision to purchase a person to fight for him. Generally, I'd say not to judge an anime so quickly, but with something this ludicrously unhealthy, I think it's safe to say that it is not worth anyone's time.

If you're on the fence about buying this game, do yourself a favor and buy it! The writing is phenomenal and the characters are so well fleshed out! It has twist after twist after twist that were so genuinely surprising! I can't remember another visual novel/dating sim that I've enjoyed as thoroughly as this one! I think the only thing I could complain about is Maimi's route was a little lackluster compared to the others, but it doesn't take away from the rest of the game at all.
