this is, by far, the best movie in MCU Phase 4. The pace was a bit slow and there were some scenes that had questionable CGI, but overall the cinematography was amazing and fully enraptures the emotions of loss, grief but also hope.

Are people actually thinking this movie is horrifying? Well here's what I think, it's absolutely rubbish and worthless. I'm saying that as a fan of the James Wan's work and the Conjuring universe. What I absolutely don't understand is that people agree that this movie is "The Most Horrifying Chapter of The Conjuring Universe. The acting is actually good, the storyline is also good and also creative. But this is a horror we're talking here. You expect jump scares and eerie music to come along with, but what do I have to say about this so-horror called movie? This movie did not make me flinch nor did it scare me and I'm always the sissy when watching horror movies. This is by far most the most disappointing movie out of all the movies in the Conjuring Universe. Another thing, the whole point of this movie is worthless and like all of the Conjuring Universe films, all of the crosses hanging against the wall suddenly became the Anti-Christ symbol when the spirits were present. I'm not a Christian, but I don't expect you can just play with crosses like it's nothing. I'll give it two stars because of one, the acting and two, the creativeness of the storyline. I've waited for a long time to watch this movie and I finally did. To be honest, I really don't think a sequel for this movie is necessary. I mean.... The jokes were really funny and I miss them being back together. BUT, i don't think the movie wasn't original enough. It's not bad, the movies fine. It's just that kind of movie that'll make you say 'meh'. I also do think that some of the original characters kinda feel off-character and they're new casts being put in this movie. Also, some scenes in this movie is just so useless it just makes it a waste of time. Overall, it's a 50-50.
