This was by far the worst support I ever received. For some reason my subscription has been recurring for the last 2 months ( nov and dec) and I have not logged in to play at all since the games not that great and I just wanted to try it. Just found the charge for the sub and called about it and they said they could literally do nothing, even though I havnt even played and dont plan on playing. surprised such a know company would have these kind of rules. Hope some day it gets better
