There are authors who write books after spending years in the archives uncovering new materials never before seen, and there are authors who visit their local library, order lots of books, cherry pick from these books, then write a book which, amazingly, is published. This is such a book, a glance at the Bibliography section at the back of the book is all that is needed to confirm that this guy is nothing more than a 'recycling historian.' He lists more than 150 books, 4 websites and 16 journals and theses!!! This is outrageous, [he also lists 5 archive sources to make himself look better] this book is nothing more than a rehashed, plagiarised load of rubbish.
