It is a must see. There are lots of Ice workers who are complete assholes that have no empathy for anyone but themselves. They laugh and make a mockery of the people they are deporting. But there is 1 particular guy that showboats and laughs and is proud to ruin peoples lives. This documentary is phenomenal but also heart wrenching to watch. The ICE agents do not care 1 bit about these people.
