I usually prefer this programme to the more glitzy This Morning. But must say the recipes are sometimes very unexciting and I have to switch over. Todays tomato sauce pasta was so basic, and they had an Italian lady demonstrating how to tie up a bag of frozen peas.🥱 The final nail for me was pouring the watery looking unappetising sauce OVER the cooked pasta. For the past twenty years or so we have been vilified for doing that in this country.The authentic Italian way is to put the pasta INTO the sauce to cover it.
