I thought it was excellent. Based on the authentic series of sequels with Jamie Lee Curtis. It followed the same pattern of introduction...the music, the lettering in the introduction and having the same original directors.
The way it flowed on from where Michael was trapped in the basement with the fire was very good. Using the original actors from the previous Halloween movies was excellent!
