Re:zero is a beautifully made anime. I don’t understand how it’s so underrated. It is beautifully written, beautifully animated, the English dub is pretty good, the tragic hero theme is done really well, the characters are lovable, the relationships between the characters are refreshing and unique, it forces you to see all the tricky variables he has to deal with and how he has to incrementally do better each time he comes back but each respawn is its own situation. The love interest aspects of the show are woven in well because they push him to do better, but they also display warmth and acceptance of his vulnerability when he breaks down from the obvious trauma he receives from using his power the way he does. The show gets very trippy and very plot twisty at times and they do it without it taking away from the overall plot.

Absolutely worth watching no need to think twice before watching just go for it + a life lesson specially for teenagers who are spending money in online games.
