The reason for book bans across the US is history textbooks are no longer the only source of information. And you cannot groom children who are informed.
Sadly true. When you hear American politicians proudly state their family came over on the Mayflower and then you discover who was actually on the Mayflower, you realize someone is either lying or poorly educated or worse, they're being honest.
It's a great book I'm re reading.
