Customer Service has come a long way since 05, this game is amazingly addictive! I would recommend to anyone who likes MMORPG's to give this game a shot. New quests are rolled out almost bi-weekly. Large scale events are held quarterly, extremely fun to participate in.
Tons of players, plenty of fun to be had.
