Horrible people they dont carr about birds at all its insane there was a dying pigeon i called and they said theu dont help pigeons keep in mind she was clean as it was a registered racing pigeon plus birds life it in the name they are meant to help birds or atleast show some emotion not just hang up in a phone call with a custonor that shows more empathy then the staff of the ngo??? Unbelievable
