I feel as if alot of people doslike the book for being dry but LACK TO EXPLAIN HOW als being boring which os completely an opinion the book is good you know basic literature also the book actually makes you wonder on how to read certain text as maps are transcribed in whatever language i forgot and you actually have to figure it out which isnt to hard considering Tolkien put EXACT PAGES WERE TO FIND TRANSCRIBTION at the start
