Recommended by my Bookclub librarian which I really enjoyed this Memoir of First Lady Michelle Obama which was published in Nov/13/2018.She talks about her family roots, finding her voice also was raised to be independent lady by her parents that nurtured her. She grew up on south side of Chicago with her parents, sharing room with her brother Craig. In this apartment she took her piano lessons. Educated at Princeton University and Harvard Law School to early career as lawyer where she met future husband Barack Obama. He became President of United States in November 2008. Also film review was done on Netflix while her book was selected on Oprah Winfrey Bookclub. Her book reviews were given as “”refreshing “ and “striking”.
