I like the original much more. This version was promising until you notice the changes made. Some changes are wholly unnecessary and doesnt add value to the plot. The Avatar is portrayed as a brooding boy flying in circles who doesnt practise, indulge in self-pity and yet dream of being world saviour. Sokka and Kattara are almost the same character minus saviour complex who at least practise. There are only so many times you can watch Aang frown, says it's his fault he wasnt around, but then complain he doesnt know what to do, and then proceed to not practise a whole season yet emerge the most powerful at the end (different from the original). What i like about the original cannot be found in this show even though the graphics n fighting sequences were good. This show would be alright if it is an alternate universe where Iroh is playing the role of Gyatso and Zuko should become Avatar.
