Kinda want the money back. I’ve never played the souls games but I fell in love with Elden Ring. And after putting hundreds of hours into it, I was stoked for Nightreign to come out. Assuming it was going to be a relatively same gameplay as the previous game with the mass exploration and grinding. So I pre-ordered it almost immediately. I started playing it right after its release and it just feels like an Elden Ring styled COD Warzone. Next time, I will definitely be doing research prior to pre-ordering. Edit- I will continue to play it just to see if it can grow on me. Hopefully I can come to like it as much as the previous game. But I did redownload Elden Ring in the event this becomes a total let down.
