Poe has always scared the hell out of me. I found this series devious and delicious. It is so very dark, yet comical in a really repulsive kind of way. The actors draw you in and you detest them, you love them, and you wish they could be stopped. The greed portrayed is physically nauseating. It brings the strong odor of the Sackler family mixed in with a macabre Poe stew. My favorite scene was when Roderick explained what he would do with lemons before he makes lemonade. Making fun of our blind consumerism while using the power of social media to obtain our money. I thoroughly enjoyed 'The Fall of the House of Usher' and I already want to watch it again. In my opinion it is going to be a cult classic.
