Seriously Single should be called seriously bi-polar. This movie highlights all of the cringe-worthy stereotypes that black women fight daily. They are said to be "obsessed with being in a relationship, confused about who they are and what they want". Is it true that black women on both sides of the world often end up alone because they are afraid of exactly that? I forced myself to endure this movie out of hopes that it would surprise me. It did not.
