I was sucked into watching Korean dramas by my husband who is a netflix/movie buff and I'm not a movie buff ! It was a tough few months in NY area due to the pandemic and a family member also passed in July and during my grieving process I started watching dramas/movies !! I watched Immortal..., then Was it love,Heirs, Boys over Flowers,Personal Taste...then I became a LMH /SYJ fan. I also watched Crash Landing and find the love story beautiful, the music, the acting, the scenery and the chemistry between the lead actors great. Then a friend told me to watch Something in the Rain and she said it's a beautiful love story and I asked her what could be more beautiful than Crash Landing ? And so I did and I got stuck watching it and can't move to watch another movie ! The story is very basic, relatable (I'm married to a guy 3 years younger than me), problems in the office happens everywhere. And family in some culture does the matchmaking. I'm Asian but not Korean and some taboos are really shown in this movie. The music was beautiful and it touched your soul. The 2 actors had a great, beautiful chemistry and it feels like real, the lead actors took me with them in their adventure in life and love. I have great respect for both leading actors. They showed us their excellent acting chops. Both of them are true artists .Although I've never heard of them before, I hope they can be in future projects because I'm a new fan !
