This movie only goes to prove that the original movie is still a better movie all around. They try to make it “scary” by inputting images and sounds to try to convince the viewers that this is something scary and should be a build up to something bigger. It’s not and it doesn’t. It fails to deliver a movie experience that one anticipates the next movie to come after it. Movie makers nowadays just can’t seem to get a horror movie right! This one is no exception, it is a typical remake of a classic horror movie with no new takes and no real affection for the characters. Hollywood has become stale and the writers for these new movies are just proving it time and time again. This is another movie worth watching at home on a streaming service where one doesn’t have to spend any more money than they need to. Overall, it’s a routine makeover of a very good original movie that had much better actors in its cast.

This movie was disappointing in many ways. The character development to begin with is very weak and insufficient enough to feel bad for the characters when they die. In fact, one expects this from the beginning of the movie. The plot line becomes quite evident, predictable and almost boring when a young and inexperienced photojournalist joins the older and more experienced group of photojournalists. A passing of the guard as one would say. The young and inexperienced becomes the trainee for the older and more experienced and switches positions. The story is unoriginal and the dystopian world doesn’t really factor into the storyline as much as if it were taking place in a current country with existing internal conflicts and turmoil. As the story unfolds, the death of the characters is to be expected. When does happen, it doesn’t come across as sad or unfortunate. In turn, it comes across as oh well, it was just a matter of time. The storyline is thin and underdeveloped as well as the characters in this movie for me. I went in with an open mind and expecting an original movie with a dystopian world as a backdrop and it failed to impress. I think it’s better off to watch at home in the comfort of home and saving time and money by watching this movie when it comes to a movie channel or streaming service for free. Not worth watching in a movie theater unfortunately.

Slow to the point of boring! Do not watch and waste your time on this BORE FEST of a so called “horror movie”! I want my time back from this horrible movie!

First off, this is a bad movie. Not horrible, but close. The Harry character played by Dane DeHaan SUCKS. He is a horrible actor! His emo hairstyle and his horrible line delivery makes it hard to sit through this movie. It’s a good cast, but ruined it by casting the worst possible actor to play a spider man nemesis. If they were trying to get someone that everyone would absolutely hate, then they cast him perfectly. I’ve never seen a superhero cry so much in one movie like this spider man. This movie is meant to be seen by 6 year old children. No wonder they stopped making these horrible amazing spider man spinoffs. I for one, hope they change directors and direction if they continue to roll out these horrible movies. They have regressed to the Batman movies of the 80’s and not movies of the new generation. It’s a shame that good actor talents went to waste in the making of this garbage movie.

This show started out really good and then by the second season it sucked really bad! They stretched out the plot way too thin. The killer begins to use a teenage accomplice, the police refuse to arrest the killer when they have him surrounded, the police chief is a moron, and the main actress apparently can’t go for too long before she begins to crave sex from anyone, male or female. It is a show that throws way too many unbelievable hurdles in the way just to stretch out the story line. It’s absurd to the point of boring and over acting doesn’t help to move the progression of the show. Along with bad dialogue as the show unfolds into the third season. The show becomes a cliche by including kids, such as the teenage accomplice, in order to expand the story line. Proving, in my opinion, whenever one includes kids into an adult scenario, it becomes really bad, really fast. Just like a bad horror movie!

This game franchise is historically better from Infinity Ward. Trey Arc games have ALWAYS been cheesier and less impressive. Infinity Ward always raises the bar, while Trey Arc lowers it. I wouldn't recommend buying this game at full price. Wait for it to drop to about 50%, then get it. It's not worth the money and certainly not worth getting it, if at all. It's mainly for a younger audience, like little kids. My recommendation is to wait for Infinity Ward to release the next offering. Spend your money on other games, this version is lame and depressing.
