This series is a fantastic adaptation to the books! I adore the games and I couldn't wait to start on the novels with an open mind and I've really not been disappointed, this is a fantastic and faithful adaption to the book series and the characters have been brought to life in exactly the way I imagined them to be, the Witcher universe has felt so much more immersed thanks to it. Henry Cavill absolutely smashes it as Geralt with the perfect balance of brooding smoulder with all out Witcher rage (that man can fight!) and Anya Chalotra brings so much back story as Yennefer and really makes her feel so much more human, being perfectly imperfect. The games are truly amazing but the books are so much more and as long as you remember this is based on the books (which is where the Witcher began) you'll love your journey the through this high fantasy epic series! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
