Archibald Chuzzlewit

A few nicely shot scenes and gore. Terrible writing and story so it makes hard to judge if the acting is bad or if they were just given nothing to work with. None of the characters are memorable or likeable. Also, this didn't need to be a "Leatherface" story at all. This exact film could have been made with any standard "big, scary, crazy killer" character. There was zero connection to the original Leatherface story arc beyond calling him Leatherface and bringing back the original surviving character (played by a different woman but that is unavoidable, to be fair). There are much better options out there.
