Trish Flynn

I thought it was an easy read but not very interesting, the conclusion was disappointing as the culprits part in the story was very thin and there was very little tension built up in this mediocre story.

It was a tedious story of a family who were feckless and wallowing in their victimhood. It did the aborigine people of Australia no favours by portraying them as violent, alcoholics who are careless with the care of their children. I think much better of this nation and think it's time to portray them as parents who care, people who strive for better outcomes and like so many people's a struggling community hoping for a better future.
