Lol imagine getting to know a man who has a daughter with his former wife. And after they divorce, resulting in his daughter not liking you after the things her mother (the wife before you) said about you and you still choosing to marry him and have a life with him. Lol step mothers always think they're important and that they should be the highest priority even though the child was the result of a union before she was even in the picture. If it wasn't for the ending of George's marriage with his daughter's mother, Kate wouldn't have even had a chance with George. But she is in this movie acting as if her step daughter has to respect and listen to her as if Kate is her actual mother. As a step mother, you don't have the right to parent children who are not biologically yours. Stay in your lane and understand that this child comes first. You wouldn't be a thought in that man's mind if it weren't for the death between her mother and her father's relationship.
