Very good sci-fi with fairly unique alien animals and I mean very well-designed. I'm easy to please. The story has huge holes and some continuity issues, but overall for me the strength of the movie was the father-daughter sub- story. Very well done. From reading the neg comments I think there was more to the movie than what you wrote. There was more than female superiority of the females. If you watch closely the females communicate with the males instructing them where to go or ordering them to attack from one direction or another. I enjoy Chris Pratt's acting even though I don't think he's really been challenged. Passengers wss a more challenging role. Overall it's a good movie. For me the two best lines from the movie are, "We are food and they are hungry" The other one came from a very good actor by the name of J.K Simmons. His line was, "I'd like Stevie Nicks to come in.in her birthday suit, a jar of pickles, and bottle of baby oil." Don't over think it 😍
