This series is a a real tear-jerker, given how much I have wept, considering how powerful the scenes are. Furthermore, the two leads gave convincing performances in narrative that is both grounded and relatable, as these are experiences that people go through often in their lives. Zoe Saldana's performance is noteworthy, given her portrayal of a woman in her mid to late twenties and considering that she's 44 in real life that really helps to put her take on the character into perspective. Finally, it is safe to say that she has redeemed herself after being erroneously miscast as Nina. Simone
