I don’t… mind it? I honestly don’t know how to feel. But the bad things out way the good, C-3PO looses his memory just to regain it 12 minutes later or so, Rey’s dark side didn’t really mean anything because she didn’t really have any internal conflict, just a pep talk from force ghost Luke then everything’s great again, also it was just kinda there to be a worse mirror to Luke seeing himself in Vaders helmet. The kiss scene was cringe and meaningless because there was never any lead up in the last two films. There are things I like (tho they are minimal) Like the lightsaber choreography and production design. And the film is a beautiful love letter to Carrie Fisher. Overall a film with potential but only succeeded in being another modern retelling.
