I couldn't imagine another well scripted, light-hearted holiday fare than this vehicle for the lovely and talented Ms. Stanwyck coming off of "Double Indemnity". With a healthy comedic antidote by S.C. Sakall aka 'Cuddles' , and an assist from Dennis Morgan and a relative newcomer in Sidney Greenstreet, (fresh off of 'Casablanca', the story opens with a WWII sea battle. I watch this every season and then, on DVR and highly recommend this film for all audiences. Off to flip my flapjacks. .

One of the best in it's class. Kostner played it with sincerity and Joanna Going was an ideal mate to Earp. The film was well structured and told the history and background of an Old West lawman and gambler and his family. Quaid is the quintessential "Doc". Good cast, score, and cinematography.

Not an average movie. Insightful, honest, and funny. Great cast.

I loved this movie. Great cast and script. Now, can we please make the term "chick flick" obsolete. We would do well with more rom-coms and less zombies and cars that morph.

Have several boxes of Kleenex on hand. When I first watched this 1971 TV movie, I was 25. I was born and raised in Chicago, and knew this team well. This film is 100% prudent for 2020 audiences. The song "The Hands of Time" was written by the late, great, Michel Legrand.
