Incredible! Not what I expected and first movie I've seen in a theater for at least three years, on Good Friday. Initially interested to see because of Mark Wahlberg and Mel Gibson, two relatable actors who don't appear, to me, as caught up in the Hollywood bubble. No others better to portray this story. For those who may not like Mel Gibson it's not up to me to judge him on things I really don't know, as the Bible states, he is human and I like what he stands for. This story is a reminder of the Incredible and humbling love our creator has for us. It's no accident this movie came out Holy Week. You don't need to be Catholic to see it. Faith is faith and adversity only draws us closer to Him. So many truisms in this film you'll want to watch more than once. God bless Mark and Mel, for breaking Hollywood barriers and having the courage to make this film!
