Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I spent money then their update featured a bug that made the map go blank, making it impossible to play. I informed them and requested a refund as it was their fault not mine and they sent me to two other email addresses. They then answered "can't find your account" and proceeded to ignore me even though I provided the Google receipt and in-game notification of payment.
