It's been over two hours and two accounts later and I still can't login to the game. Apparently I played the game once on steam and so I'm precluded from playing anywhere else and I'm not afforded the free trial that eveyone else is. OK, I'll just start a new account. NOPE, generic error about security, now I have to wait 24 HOURS to even attempt to verify the email again (which I have no faith that it will work). I've never seen a game that doesn't want me to play it this much. I would even buy it and forego the free trial that everyone else is afforded, but I can't even figure out how to do that. The account page looks like a back end for employees and is full of jargon that isn't explained. What's a mogstation? What's a "service account"? Is it different than an account? Who cares, I'm not going to do a research project to figure out how to give you money. Clearly these people are unfamiliar with the concept of a "frictionless" system. I get that MMORPGs are usually pretty arcane and esoteric, but at least wait till I log in to dump non-intuitive systems on me. What a joke. I will never play this game.
