I'd give it a 2.5. Do you need to watch the original, not at all. The movie was enjoyable until the end. I get it, it is a movie, and normally I'm able to let go of reality. But the ending and resolution in this movie was so far fetched to me that it ruined the movie for me. I left the threater going.........um...........ok............really. I mean, if you're a Glen Powell fan and just want to watch him being fun and silly while pining after another repeat version of his costar in Anyone But You, then you will really enjoy the movie. I just had higher hopes for this movie. Maybe if it was a marvel movie and Tony Stark came up with the resolution it would have been more believable to me.
