While we enjoy the show, we find the reaction to its prescient story even more interesting. Obviously the violence is over the top, but then, it is a comic! For any American to complain of the violence is truly hypocritical...after all 50% of the population is willing to ignore Jan 6! And isn’t it delicious to hear the fictional crowds rioting to GET a vaccine of dubious quality, as opposed to those now avoiding a real vaccine that will save them from Covid?!? So many reviews that led to the cancellation suggest the timing was poor. Yet millions of sentient humans have gotten vaccinated; the orange minions wouldn’t be watching a show like this to begin with (too many big words). Please give intelligent viewers the benefit of the doubt - why avoid intelligent, satirical, dystopian fiction simply because there’s an ignorant population of southern schmucks out there? Why should population stupidity be a concern when producing entertainment? I hope Amazon reconsiders it’s decision and orders more. ‘Utopia’ is far better than 90% of the crud the produce.
