I ripped through this game so quickly. Way easier than worlds. I was sooo looking forward to a new mh game but I'm very disappointed so far. The combat is fun as usual and the weapons flow and it all looks nice but man it's sooo SOOOO sooo easy. I barely remember getting carted and never failed a single hunt. Now I'm hunter rank 70 something fully geared and have no reason to play. In worlds I got hundreds of hours before ice born and there was always something to do.

Hot woke garbage. I don't need they/them as an option ever. Male or female works just fine. May as well just skip the entire story arc for Taash or whatever. Literally wants to come out as They/them.............. Why are we putting politics in video games.

You can't even move with analogs.... You literally have to press square every single time you want to move even 1 inch. Played about 15 minutes. Hot garbage.

Hot garbage . Everyone jumping around like Roger rabbit when he ate the hot sauce. They patched the jumping but it was still horrible. I understand that jumping is part of pvp fps, It's used in call of duty and works great and I have no problem with it. Xdefiant however was a joke, keyboard players spam jump constantly but receive hardly any penalty to aim even after patch it was a joke. way harder to spam jump on controller.

Aiming system is hot garbage and having to press buttons to open doors and reload is lame. I was looking forward to this one as I had many hours on the previous but I played for a out 2 weeks and quit. Absolute worst part is the ultra slow progression, it's ridiculous and not worth the time.
